ChurnZero empowers our CS team to have a healthier work-life balance. Because we are able to automate tasks, see information at a glance, and track vital data, it allows CSMs to focus on customers and provide proactive support. It cuts out human error while also letting us do more with the same amount of people. The data that is collected by CZ also helps us create strategies for the future that we did not have a great way of accessing before.

Always intervene when necessary, while focusing on the essentials. Once configured, customers can be viewed from any stage of the business relationship. We can also ensure that the quality of different business processes is always the same, as everyone follows the journeys set out for them. At the same time, ChurnZero is transparent and helps to close knowledge gaps. Customer relationships can be represented by Churn Scores. Depending on the event, this score decreases or falls and can thus trigger various events that can help strengthen customer relationships in the long term.
You'd assume a CSM platform will put a high standard on its own Customer Success and Support -> ChurnZero knocks it out of the park. Our CSMs have always been incredibly insightful, helpful, quick to respond and jump on calls, true knowledge experts, and so on. Anytime I've opened a ticket for support with an issue, the resolution has been profoundly quick and makes sense, so we don't repeat the same mistakes.
ChurnZero is an incredible tool that I use daily as a CSM. The platform integrates with every tool I use (Salesforce, Outlook, etc.) and provides insightful data. It allows our CS team to automate tasks, emails, and stay proactive in communicating with customers. ChurnZero Academy was very helpful in learning how to navigate the platform and utilize the tool to its full capacity.
