Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero

We use ChurnZero for our day-to-day Customer Success activities. We were looking for a tool to automate and streamline our activities. We did a through assessment and compared ChurZero to many other tools and found that they're aren't any that have the capabilities that ChurnZero offers.

  • The ability to see outgoing emails with Gmail
  • The ability to bring attachments into ChurnZero from Salesforce
  • ChurnZero has had a positive impact on our business. We've increased the number of accounts one representative can manage by 15 with a goal to increase by anther 15 with additional automation.
During our assessment it was obvious that Churnzero offered more features that aligned with our business goals.

Churnzero is very user-friendly.
Our dedicated Customer Success Representative, ..., is great. Support is also very responsive when we need to reach out to them, which isn't often.
The automation and ability to streamline our tasks have increased the number of accounts one representative can manage.
