We at ExpressTech use ClickUp on a daily basis. I think it is a really handy tool to have to manage all your projects and clients. We have different teams at ExpressTech, so knowing who is working on what tasks and what is assigned to you today saves a lot of time and hassle. Plus you can set the phase your project is currently in like development, testing, review, etc. You can organize your tasks in a better way and don't have files running around from one place to another. Working in a company where all the employees are working remotely communication between the teams becomes a challenge and ClickUp helps a lot to overcome most of those challenges. I would highly recommend you to try it out.

It has helped a lot in project management and team collaboration. For eg when we release a new product or service the marketing team and support can automatically track that and take action appropriately and can update all the issues they are facing or suggest any improvements. This increases productivity and they can all keep track of the things that are getting done in the company.
In ClickUp we set the status of a project, so if a new project comes all of the team heads are assigned as watchers automatically. The engineering team then carries out all the customizations once done they can put the status of completed so then the testing team can start their work and after rectifying all the issues and improvements. The task is then sent to the client or a call is scheduled and all the members get notified on ClickUp. Plus all the files and documents remain in one place so if any issues occur in the future support team can handle it all on their own.
