Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We had many problems with communication and manual work, with endless spreadsheets and always very long documents to be passed on that were always missing some information.

With ClickUp we were able to significantly reduce the number of spreadsheets and implement and correlate areas with joint processes, we even stopped using a simple management tool made by us to adhere to ClickUp for documentation and history generation management.
which made it much easier for us to visualize the process being carried out, and by whom, in addition to saving time and practicality.
the possibility of customizing your workflow within ClickUp makes us feel free to create and review processes that work and integrate well with what we need in terms of reports and statistics for each area. Of course there are interface points and better usability that can be improved, bringing the simple so that the tool can be better taught to the team would be paramount, many times it takes a lot of clicks to get where you want and some things are not as intuitive as they could be, how to remove dashboards from formula fields, this is something we need and could be improved faster. But even with this it's an amazing tool.

We are still implementing the tool, but we have already managed to put our entire IT and fundraising area in a practical way and with good metrics, the service has become more automated and simple, in addition to being able to manage the demands without any employee being overloaded, the alerts they help to see what is lost and we can understand where we can implement our possibilities. this gives us quick insight so that we can act and improve the service for the customer.
We simplify the way to pass on demands and understand the demonstration and sales processes, in addition to fundraising without using a spreadsheet.
with automation we managed to generate tasks and automatic alerts so that the teams do not miss anything this saves staff time and company resources by increasing productivity and improving service
Affordable price, better people management within the tool. I don't need everyone to be a member for the operation to be done well and I can better manage what each one can or cannot view or move within the flows.
a flexible and adaptable workflow was essential for choosing in addition to good customizations.

it's perfect for generating calendars and marketing tracking. We made all the control of our marketing calendar on it and it has been a very valuable help, with the possibility of generating public links so that it can be shared between teams, it is very easy. We had difficulty building an intuitive CRM, since the business line is more specific and has its particularities, the little possibility of handling and taking reports from the formula fields after a lot of manual work and manual repetition.
in addition to not being able to proceed with the information for a new task created without having to copy it completely. That's why not so good for managing sales with very specific customers and value calculations
