Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Conga to create and work documents online. I love how it merges data directly from salesforce, so we can get our customers to sign order forms with ease.

Pros

Merging fields with salesforce.
Conga Composer to create documents.
Online signing documents.

Cons

It's hard to make changes sometimes to conga documents once it has been sent.
A few of my customers had issues with Esign
Can be glitchy at times.

When Conga works correctly, it saves me a ton of time! The only time it can actually create more work for me is if a customer has trouble accessing the document to sign and I have to create a manual workaround.

I love being able to send my customers a document to sign using Conga. I like how we're able to track the process electronically to ensure it gets signed by the right people and filed away.
