Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management
We use Cvent Event Management for the registration of some of our larger signature alumni events throughout the year. It allows for our registrations to be complex and we have worked with a third party for the information to transfer to our CRM.
- It allows your registrations to be extremely complex. Different paths and follow up registration questions allow for very personalized registrations.
- The new Flex registration makes for a very visually appealing look.
- The ability to do onsite check-in through Cvent on arrival is extremely helpful.
- The cost is our limiting factor and why we do not use it for all of our events.
- It has given us a much better end-user experience and allowed for several different registrations to be consolidated into one for our larger weekends full of events.
- Once you are familiar with it, it cuts down on man time, especially when you are able to duplicate reoccurring events year after year and just update details.
Cvent Event Management is the caviar of event management tools. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Again, it is useful to us for our larger complex events that involve multiple invite lists and sessions, but is cost prohibitive when it is a basic yes/no scenario. It is also nice because it allow us to take donations through the registration.
