We use D&B Hoovers to fill in the gaps in data needed for our Sales team to perform prospecting efforts as well as to help the Marketing team collect email addresses.
  • Provides SIC codes of Businesses
  • Provides email addresses for contacts
  • provides the website for a business
  • More contacts for titles such as Warehouse Manager, Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production manager
  • more accuracy of email addresses for these contacts
  • Speeds the process of prospecting for Sales Teams
  • Speeds the process of target marketing via email marketing

Name, title and email address
I use both systems currently to test the data accuracy between the two. Its too new to tell yet.
