Overall Satisfaction with DemandScience

We were attempting to increase the amount of pipeline we got from our content syndication efforts. We were searching for vendors that would help us bring in quality leads.

  • The webinars that they produced were very informative and useful
  • Ongoing Technical Support
  • Integrations with CRMs
  • Integrations with LinkedIn or other ad platforms for retargeting purposes
  • Dashboard where we can see all leads and the attributes they shared as well as the assets they downloaded
  • 530 leads
  • No leads turned into SQLs
I thought they offered great support and knew exactly what DemandScience's capabilities and shortcomings were. They were responsive, attentive, and careful with our needs.
We chose DemandScience because we had heard good things about them and liked the content they produced. I would say that DemandScience is less advanced or mature than these other two. The other two have capabilities that either ensure quality or help us nurture the lead to a point where they are more qualified.

I really loved the support that we received when we were first onboarded and when we were running our campaigns. I didn't love how there wasn't an integration with our CRM and no integration with ad platforms. I also didn't love that there wasn't a dashboard where I could easily access my leads and see what asset of mine was performing best.
