Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Deputy to schedule all our departments, track holiday allowance, and for timekeeping. It allows us to keep track of all the information we need in one place. It ensures we can monitor both salaried & hourly paid staff members' working weeks, meaning we can monitor annualized hours' contracts.

Usability

We have found Deputy to be easily used by the majority of our teams, with most aspects being quite intuitive.
The only issue we have is with the holiday allowance element, whereby things can not be altered mid-way through a year, and often when holidays have been approved, it does not change the allowance showing.

Implementation Rating

As previous question, a seamless implementation with the exception of holidays.

Likelihood to Recommend

Deputy is clearly well suited to the production & release to team members of their weekly schedules. The various channels through which you can communicate the release or alteration of the schedules is particularly useful. The 'News Feed' option which can be tailored to particular departments or the whole team, provides a quick & easy way to get important messages out.
