Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We currently use Deputy primarily as a timesheet and roster management program. All team members across the company use it to login on a daily basis, to view their shifts, and to submit leave requests.
- Shift notifications and communication
- Mobile access to rosters and leave management
- Better testing of updates before implementation
- More focus on functionality over aesthetics
- More flexibility in background settings
- The management of our rosters has definitely improved.
- The time wasted trying to work around problems caused when updates are released, and then often lack of satisfactory resolution, is definitely a big negative.
We selected Deputy due to it's ability to manage multi locations and multi departments in an affordable model.
However, we have been researching alternative programs due to the problems caused by the last couple of updates and lack of support to fix them.
