-We use Dropbox for archiving, organizing and Sharing. -Problems: *Huge amount of data *Data scattered in many places. *Hard to access and share Scope of use case: -Storing data in one place. -Sharing data with the teamwork. -Professional presentation of the company's visual identity. -Security options like Deadline date shared links and shared Link's password.

- Give access for period of time to allow the visitors or the outsource team to edit the data instead of forcing to signup and pay for Dropbox account.
- Saving time by easy and fast access (i.e. Fast product delivery)
- Storing Securing data (i.e. Loss of data would lead to a crisis)
- Securing data and avoiding breaches (i.e. No Breaches means stable business)
More access options to the data when sharing it outside and having password and deadline date for the shared links.
