Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer provides a great option as both a Backend Signature rule applier, as well as an Agent file in conjunction will allow all e-mails from all users to be sent out with Signatures; this allows for a wide array of devices to be used whilst still having the signature-applying, this makes administration really easy and allows Users to view the signature prior to sending which is optimal compared to other products.
  • Allows Granularity for Users to be applied to each signature.
  • Ease of use to maintain, set up, and edit.
  • AD Connectivity to populate information from AD.
  • The signature checker will confirm which signature applies to each individual user.
  • Exclaimer could allow the Editing of Signatures to be slightly more usable in terms of ease, some aspects can be confusing to add / edit elements
  • Sometimes there can be issues with functionality on the Agent's side of things.
  • Exclaimer has not had many issues with the operation; it usually just works.
  • Exclaimer allows for new signatures to be made on the fly and quickly.
Yes, We use the facility to Send E-Mails for one department from one signature set, yet allow the same user from a shared mailbox to send out with the correct signature of the shared mailbox; this allows easier day-to-day use for an end-user, especially one with multiple shared mailboxes.
We have not seen any breaches with Exclaimer, or had any issues with the platform not working in the multiple years we've had the product (3+) The only issues are configuration based caused by a user so this is a great signifier that the platform is extremely resilient and secure with the Data.
I have not used any other products than Exclaimer; we use it internally and manage multiple external customers; we have not had any issues, so we have no plan to move away from it.

Exclaimer is well suited for easy administration of Signatures, and can facilitate multiple signatures for each department or group by which you would want to segment the Signatures It is easy to maintain from an administrator's point of view.
