Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
A majority of our users have their signatures go through the Exclaimer cloud, which lets us have a standardized signature. It also helps with multiple divisions/sister companies in different languages. It let us focus on other issues instead of managing signatures with Group Policies, and the changes are really quick to apply. We can work with different departments to address their needs.
- Ease of use.
- Uniformity in communication.
- A lot of features.
- Would prefer an easier "what you see is what you get" interface.
- Signature tester right in the Signature editor menu.
- More fields can be pulled from Azure AD.
- All emails have the same look and feel.
- Less time wasted on signatures design.
- Can't recall emails if they go through Exclaimer.
We do use the scheduled signature feature. We also use multiple signatures for different languages, divisions, and companies, which is nice since even though they're not following the same graphical design, they still look kind of the same, which from a marketing standpoint, is very nice. We haven't touched many other features yet.
Haven't had any issues with the data on Exclaimer, so I could say I benefited from it.
We haven't looked to other solutions for signatures.
