Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer to manage our email signatures and it offers us a consistent look and feel across the organization. Centrally managing signatures ensures that company information (phone numbers, emails, web addresses, etc.) is accurate and complete. Every employee in the company has an Exclaimer signature block on their email.

- The ability to have reply signatures that are different (it's possible, but the work around is fairly silly).

We only have two different signature templates the we currently use. We do not differentiate across different departments at the moment.
Exclaimer offered the ability to have individual users customize certain aspects of their signature (pronouns, upcoming PTO, etc) the other options we evaluated didn't have easy ways to do that. That was the main selling point.
