Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
EZ Texting was being used in the recruiting department to follow-up with candidates that we did not hear back from to set up interviews. We would also use EZ Texting to confirm final interviews and send reminders for interview events and presentations.

We were up and running and seeing positive results within a week of creating our EZ Texting account. It opened up a completely new avenue of recruiting for us, with candidates who do not check their email regularly or answer calls from unfamiliar phone numbers. Results were definitely immediate as we were not previously using a texting platform.
EZ Texting has pretty user-friendly and self-explanatory navigation on the website. EZ Texting makes it easy to respond to messages quickly and create singular or mass messages to send out. EZ Texting's scheduling tool was also extremely easy to use and helpful for reminders.
We did not send photos using EZ Texting, so I cannot review this feature. The MMS mode however did allow for more characters, which was definitely beneficial!
We did not utilize keywords in EZ Texting.
I now use Greyscale. This platform allows us to connect our candidate profiles on our applicant tracking system to the text messages we are sending so, the information is all in one place. I did not select EZ Texting over Greyscale because EZ Texting did not offer the same convenience.
