Overall Satisfaction with Folloze

We leverage Folloze for a few things. First, event registration and promotion. We leverage the tool since it enables us to give our clients and potential clients a great, fruitful, and ease of use experience. Second, on a 1:1 basis, meaning, we create boards for specific customers per rep request to play as a one-stop shop for the customer. This allows for a special experience, giving them access to previous presentations, upcoming events that make sense for them, and content assets aligned to their conversations with us. Third, 1:many; we have leveraged this tool to support custom cluster content marketing and have run campaigns from the tool itself.

  • I'd like to see a calendar sync button embedded from the tool when creating confirmation emails for events vs. creating one on another site and plugging it in.
  • There are sometimes glitches in registration, where someone registers, and it doesn't communicate to the pulse tab. However, the confirmation email was sent. I filter the clicker and Reg/viewer in case that happens. I'd love to see that fixed but found a workaround.
  • When creating a shareable link with a group, it would be nice if they were individually captured. In many occurrences, we create a 1:1 board, and they share with 7 people not via the campaign tab in Folloze, so these 6 out of 7 aren't captured. I am aware there are 1 to 1 links that can share, but it would look a bit awkward to share 7 links in one email. Just food for thought.

This is 100% the best customization tool I have had experience with. I mentioned plenty of times in the other sections of my review that the ease of use is tremendous, enabling others takes a 30-minute phone call and just occasional check-ins to see if they have questions, which is helpful being at such a large company.
The customer success team is amazing (Shout out, Meghan). She is so hands-on with us, monthly syncs to enable us on the latest or go over common speed bumps, if any. Not sure if I will be asked about the support team, but they also get a 10 out of 10 rating. The time to resolution is so quick; they give great details in their answers and are very hands-on. So much appreciation, great customer service is what makes people come back - and Folloze has IT!
I am not part of the purchasing decision or evaluation process. I am just a user, and I haven't used anything like this before.

Overall, Folloze is a great tool that our company is using more and more each day on a wider scale. The ease of use to manage, enable others, and create customization boards is a 10 out of 10. I love that we can create email campaigns, integrate with other email tools we have in place, and also confirmation emails for event follow-up. I appreciate being able to review exactly what people review and share trackable links with a touch of a button. I love this tool, I enjoy being enabled further (I still have more to learn), and I find it simple to enable others.
