Overall Satisfaction with Freshsales
We currently use Freshsales to handle our wholesale and resale accounts. It's been a huge upgrade to manage our customer database in a cloud CRM solution and Freshsales has been really simple to learn and implement for our team. It's also helpful to implement Freshcaller which integrates nicely into Freshsales.

- It's been incredibly helpful to set reminders for callbacks and follow-ups.
- It has been really helpful to utilize the "note" function at the customer level so that you can personalize your interactions if need be.
Freshsales is within the Freshworks ecosystem so it was a no-brainer as far as evaluating it as a CRM. We've implemented both Freshcaller and Freshdesk in other areas of our business so we were happy to take a look at Freshsales. We do a significant amount of email marketing so integrating with Mailchimp was a big factor in our CRM evaluation.
