Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist as our unified customer contact system. Customers can use integrated Gist chat in our app for immediate contact both before and after purchase. We use the strong email automation to drive our onboarding of customers and for ongoing customer engagement.

Gist a more integrated and unified product for Sass companies. Some competitors don't have strong chat + email automation + help desk. Other competitors have the features, but they are not well integrated. Gist has integrated complete customer contact with a very finished product. Lastly, the Gist App is simply better designed than the competitors. It is fast and simple -- a joy to use.
For SaaS companies that need a complete and integrated customer contact solution, Gist is perfect. Rather than trying to blend together multiple chat + email + help desk, Gist provides all three modules in a well-integrated app.
