Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use this to track my analytics, my call touchpoints, as well as review my calls for personal coaching. I have found it extremely helpful to improve my calls with clients.

It has been a great tool to track open deals to ensure that they can be closed. It does however track some things that are not deals, so needing to remove those has been the only negative.
I can easily use it to break down calls from account, and see the frequency of calls, as well as how they are ordering with me.
