Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong for all sales activity. It is very beneficial because it takes notes for me and automatically records each customer call. It even gives me reminders to follow up via email. It also picks up on what is being said and categorizes it at the bottom of the event stream.

- None I really don’t have a bad thing to say about Gong. Not often I am this pleased.

Gong tells me when to follow up with customers after calls. I can then go back and listen to those calls to take more detailed notes which vastly improve sales cycles. I can also listen to other reps' calls and skip ahead to the parts where they demo featured by using the functionality of the event stream below each video recording.
Gong is the best in the space no question. I don’t think any other platform will gain the majority of market share away from Gong. It is somewhere I would have liked to work a few years ago I’m sure their sales team sold the software like hotcakes. Good stuff!
