Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong currently for our Account Management team. We are on a journey to drive quality customer engagements and conversations resulting in revenue opportunities and growth. Gong is critical in ensuring effective sales conversations and moving the dial of changing the game. With Gong we are able to identify missed sales opportunities, coach for sales effectiveness and ensure our team is executing on sales expectations. I could not imagine not having Gong in our organization. It is like not having water.

Out of the box, there is great insights and data available. There is so much to learn and to access. It does take some time to understand and use all the features and functionality and you do need to have a dedicated person to manage Gong for the organization so as to get the best out of it. It is easy to use and very powerful.
We have received accurate and actionable insights on our customer facing teams. We have identified areas of opportunity to coach and to improve on call management, structure of calls, call topics etc. We are able to not only understand the what is going on but the how too. We also use streams to proactive receive insights timely.
Yes, we leverage our trackers to help us understand market conditions.
No comparison. Not apples for apples. ExecVision was hard to customize, hard to use and time consuming for end users.

Gong is well suited to any customer facing organization and teams. We all like to believe our reps are doing what we expect but that is just not the case. Especially in a remote environment. Our sales and success is dependent on understanding on how calls are being managed and the customer engagement experience.
