Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io gave us a better understanding of the deal flow and brought more visibility to the sales team. Using scorecards to record and report feedback has made the sales calling process much more efficient. The deal dashboard is very insightful and helps us review our pipeline velocity. Creating trackers and reporting on them has made the sales coaching process very efficient.

  • Call recording quality is great and trackers are accurate.
  • Reports are easy to build and customize.
  • Salesforce to Gong.io integration is flawless.
  • A dashboard with visuals could be very powerful.
  • Gong.io to Salesforce push could be better. Not so easy to build reports in Salesforce using Gong.io data.
  • Sometimes, the call does not get recorded when the sales rep switches platforms such as Google Meet.

I highly recommend Gong.io. It is a must-have tool for every sales organization. My key highlight would be the scorecard feature, which is extremely useful to provide feedback and report on it. Its quick adoption makes it easy to implement and you can quickly start to see results. And most importantly, it adds structure to the sales process, something that was really important for us to scale the organization.
