Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Soft Phone. We were able to move our operations remotely due to the softphone capabilities and ability to do warm transfers. We are also able to use GoTo Meeting for meetings. However, the only downside to the meeting is that participant has to download the app on their side to use it. It should give an online option so participant should not have to download anything.

After implementation, I called support and met with knowledgeable and helpful support staff.
We are slowly trying to use all tools. The meetings tool is not very helpful when participants must download something on their side prior to using it.
  • Comcast Business VOIP (VoiceEdge) and Zoom
It is similar. If GoTo Connect can give admin access to check phone messages of employees out of the office without needing a password it would make it much better. Also, if meetings can be accessed by the participant without downloading anything it would surpass zoom usage.
