Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Our entire company is working remote now and we had to have some way to still have office phone numbers and phones to access while working from home. These enable phones right on your computer, so it was easy for all employees to have access to one on their local desktop.

The platform really sticks to the messaging - it is really easy to have your phone connected right to your desktop. No employees have had issues figuring it out as far as I know, because it is intuitive and has a really simple and clean interface.
Employees were using their personal cell phones prior to this and it can be a huge hassle. People don't want to give out their personal phones and requiring employees to use their personal items can result in them asking for their plans paid, so this is a much cheaper option.
