Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it for automation and integration with Gmail. Our main issue was ensuring that all contact made to a client was accurately recorded onto accounts and that we had a uniform way of communicating with our client bases throughout the funnel.

Groove is fairly easy to use
100% of my email outreach/response is via Groove and/or Groove integration with Gmail. I save roughly 60% of my time versus trying to do things manually.

Salesforce CMS, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Flows are very useful, as is direct integration with Gmail. Flows have not proven to be very useful with opportunity tracking.
