We use the data Groove gathers to make inhouse analysis of our engagements with our customers. This analysis can address range of business concerns like avg engagement per customer, customers who haven't been engaged with recently and more. Since we are a customer obsessed company this information is important to our tracking and the goals we set our CSMs regarding this metric
