Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use the data Groove gathers to make inhouse analysis of our engagements with our customers. This analysis can address range of business concerns like avg engagement per customer, customers who haven't been engaged with recently and more. Since we are a customer obsessed company this information is important to our tracking and the goals we set our CSMs regarding this metric
  • Tracking engagements like emails & calendar events
  • Logging the same engagement and connecting to the relevant participants and account
  • Adding more information on the engagement like main topic
  • Taking out engagements which have no purpose like zoom acceptance emails
  • Engagement Tracking
  • Sync with SF and proper logging
  • Increase productivity

The software is great at tracking engagements and is very easy to use for analysis afterwards
