Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove for prospecting, so I can be efficient and book more meetings. As an Account Executive, I'm running calls for a lot of the day so it can be difficult to carve out time for prospecting. Groove enables me to automate some of my prospecting, which helps me manage my time better to accomplish what I need to get done.

Once you figure out how to download reports and upload contacts from Salesforce to Groove, then the usability is great.

As someone who isn't great at building reports in Salesforce, transitioning this data into Groove can be difficult. I've been using the tool for a year and still run into issues sometimes.

That said, if you have resources at your company to help, it's a plug and play tool.

I haven't used any of Groove's competitors as of yet. I'm content with Groove, so I don't see that it's necessary at this time.

-Prospecting - Groove allows me to be efficient with my prospecting. I'm able to get a ton of outreach and it doesn't take up too much time
-Book more meetings - Having Groove flows run throughout the week has helped me schedule meetings
-Time management - Despite having a busy day full of meetings, Groove enables me to still get the volume of touches needed in my day to be successful
