Sends out mass emails, gives us a way to create call lists and logs things in Salesforce

Easy to send mass emails but hard to have people skip a step
Haven't used any other automated products like Groove

Mass emails Groove is great for. Seeing people viewed your email. Not great for sending LinkedIn connects, I wish the skip step feature was easier to use. You can only have one person skip a step at a time, need a way to do as many people as possible at once
