Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove on a day to day basis to track email opens, email activity. Groove helps me understand prospect engagement with my outreach, streamline my outreach into easy to understand workflows.

Pros

  • integrate with Salesforce, linkedin
  • quickly logs to the right person when I am sending an email out of my gmail
  • sending mass emails

Cons

  • the interface for flows can be annoying. I wish it was a drag and drop type interface where I could easily move prospects in and out of flows, and steps.
  • email tracking
  • I love the Groove extension, and how it allows me to quickly look at if any emails have been opened by a certain Salesforce contact (as opposed to switching to my Gmail, looking up the email there)
  • less time spent sending emails
  • less time spent worrying about follow up
extension is good, the Groove website interface could be easier to use and customizable.

I like to use Groove mainly for email tracking. I find the flow interface helpful certainly, but not customizable enough
