Overall Satisfaction with Groove

At my organization, we use Groove to target specific user groups or contacts at our accounts. It is helpful for email and phone outreach and helps prioritize our time in each day. Groove is easy to use and helpful in Sales to complete outreach and collaborate with my team.

  • Displaying notes from calls all in one place
  • texting / SMS option could be more straightforward
  • recommending the correct email address based off other contacts in the account

Groove is well-suited in my Sales role as I do daily email and phone outreach, Groove helps me track my outreach and notes for each call. When calling a contact, I can leave notes as to how the call went and categorize it. More categories would be helpful as well as more intuitive note taking so it is easier to reach through notes from each call.
