Overall Satisfaction with Guru
My organization uses Guru for day to day tasks. I go to Guru for information and best practices.
- Guru has a great search function.
- The My Library tab is resourceful, convenient and helpful.
- There are several departments in my company so having the ability to have the org chart makes things a lot easier for us.

50 - We have a team of sales representatives and a customer support team. They use Guru the same way the I do.
50 - Guru is easy to use and I don't think there are any specific skills required to support Guru. In my organization Guru is used by entry level employees all the way up to executives.
- In my organization a use case for Guru would be for guidance on where to place merchants.
- We use Guru to guide us through processes like submitting a deal or who it can be sent to.
- We use Guru as a contact list as well.
- We have been able to use Guru to see the guides and process from different departments.
- It allows us to use links to different sites for ease of use.
- We can use it to increase team member knowledge and their productivity.
