Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use the Guru cards as a guide for solving problems, checking the steps to follow for some procedures and to get updates on recent changes. Guru cards help the customer service agents to find answers to common questions, to find a guide to correctly give a resolution for the clients issues. Also, helps me to check current policies, emails, tools and promo codes with typing one word.

  • Information is sorted by cards so you don't have to read too much to find the answer
  • May be it can allow each user to personalize one card with "shortcuts" like things that we use daily.
  • Sometimes I find myself with many Guru tabs open

Yes

In my case, as a customer service agent, Guru allows me to find an answer right away. It saves me time because I don't have to ask a supervisor for information that is already there.
Guru cards also have images, screenshot that allows me to understand some processes and steps better.
I can't think of a scenario where it'd be less appropriate for my role.
