I use HubSpot to streamline my social media accounts. I connect with twitter followers through HubSpot. However, if someone is looking to build a web presence with HubSpot you can do that by way of creating a website, capture page, and social media management system. It is a business management system to connect with you clients.

  • HubSpot allows you to analyze activity on your website.
  • HubSpot is user friendly.
  • HubSpot has great customer support.
  • HubSpot allows you to manage multiple social media accounts.
  • HubSpot offers a free trial period to test their service.
  • It would be nice if you could advertise from HubSpot.
  • I would like to see HubSpot offer the ability to interact through a Hub community.
  • I would like to see HubSpot add a survey capability to their toolbox.
  • Since using HubSpot for my business: I have had a 65% increase in web traffic.

I will renew my use of HubSpot because it is working very well for the service that I offer. I'll consider using a more advanced system as my business and clientele increases, which I expect to happen in 2 to 3 months. I may continue to use HubSpot for my social media account.
HubSpot is a great service for anyone who has a business with a tight budget. It allows you to run your business from your computer 24/7 without having to employee a staff to complete your day to day business activities. You can connect with people who visit you website with their system.

Product Usage

I'm the only person in my company that uses HubSpot on a consistent basis. However, 10 of my staff has access to our business account to check data and respond to our clients needs. There's a open policy for anyone who's part of my organization to have direct access to perform day to day business activities.
To become active on HubSpot platform; you can have very little tech skills. If you know how to type on a keyboard you can manage to use HubSpot. It's very user friendly!
  • My team follow and respond to people from HubSpot for our Twitter account. Since, the day one we have seen an increase in responses.
  • You can easily build full functional capture pages within 5 minutes.
  • You can personalize you website without being a web designer.
  • We have used HubSpot to build our clients website to give them full control over their brand.
  • We use HubSpot to blog for business and connect it to our Aweber auto-responder to twitter the post to our followers.
  • We increase our followers on Twitter by finding influential people by a simple search in HubSpot.
  • We are thinking about using HubSpot downloadable templates for our brand use.
