Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to manage our website, offer Calls To Action and response forms, and track our SEO results. My project manager and I post photos and blog articles regularly to improve SEO and drive traffic. HubSpot is an extremely efficient way to share across multiple social media channels.
Pros
- Suggests Keywords and other SEO improvements
- Tracks Results
- Manages Call to Action Campaigns for multiple products
Cons
- Cost for the upgraded package to manage contacts is prohibitive
- Frequent changes in system navigation can be frustrating
- Reports are valuable but details are limited. We also track with Google Analytics for more drill down options.
- Encourages and supports offering valuable info to prospective customers
- Quickly improved our Google ranking
- Offers simple campaigns and forms that save us time
I don't know of any other tool that is as robust as HubSpot. The HubSpot team is very knowledgeable, innovative and helpful.
