Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to keep an internal database of current and potential customers. It helps our sales team project and plan sales and keep a history of what is happening with each lead automatically without having to dedicate too much time to track tasks. Our sales team also uses the tool for prospecting and to communicate with leads through email templates and calls. HubSpot CRM integrates completely with Google tools.

HubSpot CRM also integrates with our HubSpot marketing tool, so all leads coming from our website are already in there and the information is shared seamlessly between marketing and sales.

I use it to evaluate the sales team, analyze lead flow and learn from the sales process to generate better marketing campaigns. We can also track which email templates are more successful and make decisions about the sales process with more and better information.
