Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot software has been used for both the Marketing and Sales departments in order to track our growth performance. We receive leads from many sources and we have many people offering customer service. So before HubSpot, it was really hard to manage when a lead contacted us from more than one channel—many times we sent them the same information by email from different agents.

- Sync problems: Many times we send an email, and the email is not tracked on HubSpot.
- We cannot attach a document; it’s only possible with a link.
- We cannot add hyperlink to our signature.

HubSpot CRM software has been helping us to integrate our marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and website with the distribution of leads to our agents, which was very difficult before having this software in our company. I would say it was a mess, and now we are very organized and aligned with our Marketing team.
