Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is being used for every aspect of our sales process and customer relations. All departments are using and every employee does too. It solves the problem of streamlining processes and communication with our clients and is an organized tool to track sales.

My agency chose HubSpot versus any other provider...but from what I can tell, this is better than Salesforce. I only minimally used Salesforce at a previous position, and I was not in sales there.
