Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for the entire sales process.
  • Has an amazing ability to track the sales process automatically using the API.
  • User friendly.
  • Reliable service.
  • It could be prettier and more attractive as an UI.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Ability to speak with customers who would normally get forgotten.
  • Allows people to help you when your out the office.
I have used other CRMs. I thought they had less customization which makes them less desirable.
Pipedrive: I think it's a low-quality CRM and it provides fewer features.

I have used several CRMs in the past, many of them I think were poor and difficult to use. Any company looking for a pipeline sales process for lots of customers should use HubSpot.
