Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our sales team uses HubSpot CRM. It allows each user to keep all interactions with each customer in one place--contact info, company info, all email communications, documents shared with customers, purchase orders, deals, etc. It allows the management team to see how each sales rep is performing and enables forecasting based on the deal board.
  • It captures all customer communications.
  • It allows managers to see how sales reps are communicating with customers on a timeline.
  • It allows for the creation of email templates to save users time and maximize professionalism.
  • Users need to communicate with individuals that aren't just customers. The email integration is a bit frustrating in that everything can automatically be logged in the CRM or not. If you turn off automatic logging, you have to remember to tick a check box to log each individual email. It's easy to forget the check the box.
  • It's provided transparency that we've never had before, enabling us to manage the sales team in a much more effective manner.
  • Definitely increased efficiency of every sales rep!
  • Increased ROI since reps are much more organized in their daily sales activities.
I haven't used any other CRMs but I have used HubSpot CRM at two different organizations and it has worked well for both.
  • As the marketing manager, I can see how our sales team communicates with customers and can help improve those communications with email templates.
  • I can see each rep's strengths and weaknesses and if they are keeping their data clean.
  • I can see all of their customer contact data and formulate optimal marketing communications.
  • I can teach them how to be more efficient and productive using the CRM.

We often have customers that have multiple worldwide locations and multiple email addresses. Our sales reps are assigned the company based on a specific location (e.g., John Smith might be a purchasing agent for ABC Inc. based in the U.S. and also secures semiconductors for ABC GmbH in Germany. He might have two email addresses: jsmith@abcinc.com and jsmith@abcinc.de). Let's just say it can get a little messy in the CRM.
