Our sales team uses HubSpot CRM. It allows each user to keep all interactions with each customer in one place--contact info, company info, all email communications, documents shared with customers, purchase orders, deals, etc. It allows the management team to see how each sales rep is performing and enables forecasting based on the deal board.

- It allows for the creation of email templates to save users time and maximize professionalism.
- Users need to communicate with individuals that aren't just customers. The email integration is a bit frustrating in that everything can automatically be logged in the CRM or not. If you turn off automatic logging, you have to remember to tick a check box to log each individual email. It's easy to forget the check the box.
