We use it across the inside sales team and the growth/marketing team utilizes how we can use it as well.
- Filtered contact views
- Updated activity feed with details
- Dashboard widgets (has a lot of filter options to get specific data)
- Bulk emailing, sequence management
- Generally, the order of information and design hierarchy (why are fields listed alphabetically?)
- Show delivery dates of sequences when sending in bulk, show more/other detail wherever it might be helpful
- Proactively detect invalid contact emails
- Move tasks into filtered views
- Positive: learning customer behavior
- Positive: learning sales techniques and skills
- Negative: wasting a lot of time on unqualified leads due to fake/contact
I cannot remember which software I have used, but in plumbing and architectural lighting, I have used very old-looking CRM software (90's style). This is much better in the areas of analytics, usability and interfacing, customer support, and technologically current.
