Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot has quickly become one of our most valuable tools, for communication, organization, and sales. We use HubSpot CRM for prospecting, tracking contact, sales pipeline, and are integrating more elements of our recruitment process weekly.
- Organize tasks
- Track communication
- Performance tracking
- The ticket process can be clunky at some points.
- Tracking not possible with new Apple update.
- Uploading prospects, too many duplicates. Sometimes wrong company info has been uploaded.
- Organization has been improved
- One stop shop for various elements of sales and client relations
- Tracking qualification
It has made certain aspects of team alignment better, due to the ability to see other department use.
Completely honest, I was not the decision maker around the transition to HubSpot. However, I am quite happy with HubSpot.
