Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for organization of who we are calling on a daily basis and keeping notes of prospects that we speak with. Great to organize better prospects than others and managing daily routine. I love to use it for reminders to follow up with prospects and also keeping my contacts organized.

It is pretty comparable to other CRMS but very user friendly. Links and tabs are straight forward and easy to navigate. It would be great if able to organize each new task to a different time automatically from the time that you called before.
We dont do a whole lot of marketing
Very similar but I would say that HubSpot CRM might be a bit more user friendly. The other CRMs have extensive steps in doing some operations. I like being able to do many thing at the click of button and HubSpot CRM makes that possible

This platform is great for daily organization. It helps to handle call strategies and allows you to separate hot prospects by entering in a deal for each prospect. It allows you to creat tasks and reminders in regards to reaching back out to prospect or new prospects. Love that you can take organized noted based off of email or conversations.
