Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM for Lead Collection, and doing lead calls as well. HubSpot CRM is connected to my other apps like Vonage which we use for call's and zoominfo which we use to extract leads and we directly import them in hubspot we automate sequences that include email and calls. Once the HubSpot CRM tasks are created for the particular sequence we start our activity and HubSpot CRM helps us to keep track of activity on our leads also the properties of leads like lifecycle stage, lead status, prospect type.

  • Helps you to add properties to your prospect accounts according to your business needs.
  • Fetches data for companies or prospects like their number, employee size, time zone and location.
  • Let's you integrate different apps and extensions with ease. the process is very easy.
  • Sometimes the UI is a bit scattered and it gets slow.
  • Can fetch more company details.
  • automate more functions like. Likelihood to close and others.
  • It helps you to keep your deals in one place with great visibility hence more customers
  • It helps you to automate follow up's which increases chances of closure of a deal
  • It helps you to keep filter out leads on demand.
I have not used any other CRM apart from HubSpot CRM. So i cannot comment on this
It has worked like a adhesive and has helped our marketing and sales team to cooperate in a more positive manner. If there is a lead that needs to go to marketing team for nurture you just need to make 2 clicks and change the properties of contact owner and lead status and your work is done. In the same way if marketing team has created a sequence for the prospects of sales team they just add it in the CRM and sales teams sends it's sequences by just clicking on them. It's simple easy and effective.
All i have heard is praises for HubSpot CRM.

If your Job is extensively based on Lead life cycle stage that include collecting a lead calling a lead scheduling a meeting creating deals and than using the filters to check the status of prospects and follow-ups than HubSpot CRM is a good tool for you as it performs brilliantly in this scenario.
