Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Used in sales to track all aspects of the sales process. Addresses follow up documents all calls and emails.
- Records telephone calls
- Provides follow up notification
- Scheduling
- auto dial and email
- Translation of calls
- identification of accounts on import
- Positive ROI do not loose opportunities
- Negative is it is user driven, but no way around that
HubSpot CRM is friendlier than Salesforce but not as configurable, More complete than act Ready out of the box where as Laserfiche had to be built
