Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I not have any problems . Hubspot is our main form of our communicational nd marking for our Cliental .
CRM is also linked to my calendar . We use this to make calls . Notes . Reminders and emails .
Its easy and convent to use . Tracks all our states that we can see progress .
My Manager has more control this way

  • EASY dials
  • Link with external apps
  • Monitor Call
  • Faster dialer system
  • Automatic reminder
  • Cost Efficiency Time , space and calls
I have worked on many CRS BUT this is not the easiest or more simplest one ,
There are many others that works much better and easier to navigate .
But is definitely more ventures available to use and provides better data display that any one can understand .
To much taps and Options that can make 1 confused ,
I am not the decision maker or made the desion to use hupspot

With Hubspot I can open municipal tabs which allows me to call on client and email another at the same time . The down part is when I am struggle to update certain information and Need authority ton change it . If WIFI is down it completely shuts down but gives a warning of unsaved information
