Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use hubspot to keep track of emails, and calls to customers, being able to quickly reference back to emails is key when on the phone with them. we are able to quickly identify conversations, deals, and any problems the customer may have had in the past and are able to quickly glance at the account and see how active they are.
  • Tracking emails
  • linking people to companies
  • being able to create follow up (tasks) that it will automatically remind you.
  • Aircall function can be inactive sometimes
  • logging a call it should automatically pop up the box to log it when you click make a call
  • being able to have a parent company and then link the locations back to them. then you can see all activity from one.
  • linking email address to the customer being able to schedule reminders right there seems to help have the customer more involved
  • more consistant follow ups by using the task function.
  • being able to know if the emails are being opened or not.
it is user friendly. i do not have another one to compare it to but for me personally it has been a great tool to have. it has simplified and streamlined my process. it did take some time to plug everything in and have it the way i wanted it but once i accomplished that i was on the ground running strong.
hubspot seemed like the better fit. i was not involved in the full decision process but when i tried both i enjoyed the hubspot feel better and it was more simply laid out for us. i gave my feedback back to our team and they made the decision from there.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

it makes life easier for sure. being able to create tasks, send templated emails, have a record of everything for when something happens, or someone being on vacation can easily log in and see where the customer stands. the problem that i see is that some individuals will not take the time to set up their customers to really unlock the potential that hubspot can be.
