Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Manages prospect, opportunity, and customer communications from lead to sale and ongoing support. Hubspot lets us build a library of lead and customer emails. Build workflow to automate business processes and automate drip emails. Hubspot includes a library of sales and service reports to provide visibility and improve our service.

I rarely give a 10/10 rating for products. As a long-time user, Hubspot provided the tools to manage our customers and has constantly innovated with useful features.
