Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot provides a centralized database to manage sales pipelines, track deals, and automate sales tasks. We use it end to end starting from lead generation to closures. It helps sales teams prioritize leads, track progress, and forecast revenue.
- Store and organize customer information, such as contact details, interactions, and purchase history.
- Ticketing and customer service features to manage and resolve customer issues
- Reporting on all business aspects month-on-month
- Customization limitations
- Lack of Advanced reporting and analytics
- Needs an Enhanced user interface
- Not much idea as I don't manage the P&L related to hubSpot
I would say HubSpot comes in the middle, with Zoho being the least preferred and Salesforce being the best. HubSpot comes marginally close to Salesforce, but loses to the much more seamless UI of Salesforce.
