Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use hubspot to organize leads. It also helps salespeople with the following: organizing leads, helping follow up with lead, making notes on leads, and more.
  • Organizing Leads/Contacts
  • Creating tasks to help stay on top of following leads
  • Company organization to help make sure there are no duplicate leads
  • Less requirements to add contacts/companies, sometimes we don't have everything we need and just need the name to get us started
  • Increased sales rep activity
  • Accountability on sales activities
  • More lead generation = more business
Very easy to navigate
Way easier to organize leads, can create tasks, allows for management to see activities, and more.
