Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Record our actions, set meetings, and track sales.
  • Sets Meetings
  • Integrates with 3rd parties
  • Doesn't stay connected through it's integrations like email, etc.
  • Helped with setting meetings with clients
  • Seems to track data well
It appears to track the data I need but it's not readily accessible to me, at least in an intuitive way.
Hubspot is more robust when used alone but integration is not as strong as it should be.

Good strengths but in my opinion the frustration with staying connected is almost not worth the trouble.

Probably would not do it again. Would test interaction for a longer period and not trust the hype.
